Dnipro Stadium is ready for Euro 2012

 EURO 2012 Ukraine Dnipro Stadium

The level of club's infrastructure development, including stadium, always was considered as visiting-card of the successful club. The modern stadium in Dnipropetrovs'k will be built in August, 2008. The idea of construction a new arena came in 2004, and HOCHTIEF company (one of the biggest building companies in the world) puts it into practice. The cost of this project is 40 millions.

The new stadium will be like Borussia M'Gladbach's arena and will meet the requirements of FIFA and UEFA. 2 screens (each has area 60 m2) will be in the stadium. Special lamps on the roof will lit tribunes. This light will work in 3 regimes: TV-translation, match without TV-translation, training.

 EURO 2012 Dnipropetrovsk stadium

The stadium will consist of 2 zones: cold and warm. The cold zone is tribune with individual chairs for spectators. All these places will be under the transparent roof. The warm zone includes V.I.P.-tribune, sponsors' offices, places for commentators, dressing-rooms, rooms for referees, doping-test, medicals, club's museum, restaurant and so on.

The field will have heat and pour systems. There will be training field and parking near the main field. Trade points and toilets will be around tribunes. The field won't be under the roof. Only tribunes will be protect against the sun and rains. This roof particularly will be made from transparent material MAKROLON.

The field lawn will be consist of several layers. Defected pieces of this lawn will be change immediately after match. Ukrainian firm already grows lawn, but Hochtief company contacts with German and Dutch specialists. The project of new stadium was worked out according to Ukrainian laws. There will be enough number of emergency exits. There will be 2 stages of safety control. There will be places for invalids near the field.
